Reservation Policies:

Reservation Changes:

Once a reservation is made, changes to date and time can be made at no cost, depending on provider availability and if the change is requested at least one week prior to the originally agreed date by the customer. No monetary refunds will be issued.

Cancellations:

In the event that ECO Xtreme needs to cancel a tour, customers will have the opportunity to reschedule the tour. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice – No refund and no opportunity to reschedule.

In case of no-show, 100% of the fee will be charged.
